Hi, how did you make the selection by clicking the laso and move tool? It wont work on mine. Please provide steps, thank you

+Famela Escoreal step 1. press keyboard button Q (quick mask) step 2. then Press B (Brush) step 3. just select area with brush (u can see red color your selection area) step 4. Again Press Q (exit from Quick Mask) step 5. now coming selection opposite u should make select opposite press CTRL + Shift + i ( Select opposite shortcut) try this steps. one by one.
