This is a shanty you would hear aboard a ship manned by the spirits of long-dead pirates as it sails off to battle. And I *love* that vibe.

This song deserves to be featured in a Viking game.

I can already imagine it as alan wake 3 ending song. Finally happy ending for trilogy and me sitting in chair looking at credits and crying from joy and sadness about great story ending like with witcher 3

​​@@jeremybk54 Hard to imagine AW3 or Control 2 without the Old Gods. But AW2 seems to have written them off for good, and they were on their way out anyway, health-wise. They often referenced their failing health and minds in the game. I really don't know how another musical act could step in for them now. Fans would struggle to accept it. The real band has been an iconic part of Remedy games since Max Payne 2 and have a long-standing relationship with the studio. We'll have to wait and see!

Old Gods is such a great creative outlet for Poets. Like it is so much fun to hear them make power metal song.

I was so excited to hear this song when the album dropped. Got my vinyl and shirt the other day in the mail. The gold of the vinyl is incredible.

Simply divine. This really feels like the climactic Old Gods of Asgard song honestly. It feels so satisfying while also getting the blood pumping and being beautiful.
