I thought the audio was just right. Hearing the machine noise is part of the attraction of watching a sawmill in production...at least for me.

The volume of the mill was just fine. It's really great the effort you take in the creation of your episodes. I for one really appreciate all the camera angles and work it takes you to view your tasks from all different directions, including under the mill looking up! Pretty sweet! Thank you...

Never had a problem with the audio. Unlike some with their loud music. I still have a problem with how the cut width/depth works but guess when using these you soon learn. Thanks for the great video and I notice hanging up on the beam your backup system.

There was a time when this log was a seedling to a small plant to a humongous tree. Quite interesting the process of transforming the tree to building material! Amazing our planet provides all we need to survive!

I thought the volume was just fine. I have more problems with not enough recorded volume rather than too much. I can always turn it down at my end. I have never had volume issues with your posts. Really wise decision being that was a standing dead pine tree. It is interesting that there is more than one way to get what you want just by making a couple extra moves and not having to deal with excess waste. Good Job, love to watch your videos, you make a clear understanding of what you are trying to do with the logs. 💖👍🏼

Your volume is perfect. If its too loud us viewers can always turn volume down. I find a lot of tubers dont have enough volume. Thanks for explaining your cutting strategy to get the most lumber per cut. I have heard a sawyer can make or bankrupt a sawmill by the cuts he choses.

I've used diesel as lube before and it works great. Water is in the tank right now, and I plan to give the blade a little diesel at some point to clear the pitch. I stopped using diesel as the primary lube because I just don't know about inhaling all the diesel vapor it creates. It's far superior to water though.

Another great video. I saw some of those 2x6's pop up a bit. There was a little tension in that log. I just finished up about 200 bd/ft on my mill last week. Beautiful pine. Southern pine doesn't get enough credit, it's some great wood. Thanks again and keep up the good work!

Smart milling! I have never notice a volume aggravation. The volume button is thumb scratch away. It is not the early 60s when you had to get up and cross the room!

Might be a good idea to build a half wall in the middle of the shed to at least confine most of the sawdust to the sawmill area.

You should try the 5 gallon bucket for the saw dust! That way you would not have all the saw dust mess! I realize that you would still have a barrel full of saw dust, but would still be a lot better! Must work! I see that one other sawmill uses this method.

I used to do that with my LT 15. It worked great inside our barn. Once the bucket was full I would fill feed sacks and my mother used the sawdust for the horses.

You should try the 5 gallon bucket for the saw dust! That way you would not have all the saw dust mess! I realize that you would still have a barrel full of saw dust, but would still be a lot better! Must work! I see that one other sawmill uses this method.

I have to agree, Wes !! Collect the sawdust in a bucket and it'll save you some time and effort when it comes to clean up !!

I used to do that with my LT 15. It worked great inside our barn. Once the bucket was full I would fill feed sacks and my mother used the sawdust for the horses.
