White bread recipe:
230 ml warm water.
1 tablespoon sugar.
3 grams of dry yeast.
330 grams of wheat flour.
1 teaspoon salt.
2 tablespoons sunflower oil.
Bake at 190°C (370°F) for 30-35 minutes.

Чтобы ещё улучшить структуру выпечки хлеба, потребуется подготовить два листа плёнки, на одну часть пленки положить тесто, а вторым накрыть сверху и раскатать на максимально тонкий слой до 0.5 мм., снимаем верхнюю плёнку и проводим многослойное складывания, затем подтягивая плёнку сворачиваем тесто в рулет, кладем заготовку в подготовленную форму и ставим на расстойки в течении - 1.5 - 2 часов. Выпекаем при температуре + 180 С, затем остуживаем на решетке готовый батон, вы сами увидите разницу в выпечке. Ваш труд будет вознаграждение невероятным качеством гот ового выпеченного батона.

По структуре готового выпеченного хлеба есть замечание на недостаточное время расстойки теста, его необходимо увеличить, тогда будет равномерный подъем, особенно это будет заметно с боковой стороны батона, он будет гладким и ровным.
