1. Which fan is better BLDC or normal ?
Answer : Compared to regular induction fan, a BLDC fan can save upto Rs 1000-1500/ Year/fan. And because there is no heating of the motor, the life of a BLDC fan is also expected to be much higher than ordinary fans.
2. Do BLDC fans save electricity ?
Answer : BLDC fans generate the same amount of airflow with lesser energy consumption. They can save up to 65 percent electricity in comparison to ordinary induction motor-based fans because they eliminate losses that result from the mechanical friction
3. How long do BLDC fans last ?
Answer : Due to these differences in BLDC motors, the BLDC fans run hassle-free for years. Some manufacturers give 5 years warranty on BLDC motors, whereas induction motor manufacturers give only a year or two.
4. Do BLDC fans make noise ?
Answer : This is observed in some brands of BLDC fans in India. Generally, the vibrations in a motor not tuned properly is in the audible range, but a precisely tuned motor like one used in an Energy Efficient Atomberg Ceiling Fan will not have the problem of Humming noise.

9. Can BLDC fans be controlled by regulator ?
Answer : In an AC induction motor (regular ceiling fan), the speed (RPM) of the fan is directly determined by the input supply, hence these regulators work very well for them. In the case of BLDC fans, the RPM of the fan is controlled by the micro-controller in its hardware circuit.
10. Which fan is low power consumption ?
Answer : 20 to 32 Watt Ceiling FansTypically Energy Star, BLDC or DC Motor ceiling fans are going to be found in this category. These fans consume drastically less energy than any other ceiling fans in the market. Low power consumption means more savings in Electricity.

I fixed a bldc conversion kit which I brought from amazon.But it runs 40% less than its original speed even we put full speed in remote. Can you please tell me why it is so and give me suggestion to improve its speed for which I would be thankful to you.

Bhai saab, fan fit karne ke baad jab chalata hai to full speed aane ke baad ruk jaata hai aur Adar se kuch ghoomne ka aawaz aata hai. Phir kuch seconds ke baad fan phir chaaloo hota hai. Yeh repeat hote rahta hai. Kya kaaran hoga?

Things to note: 1. It cost same as buying a new BLDC fan 2. BLDC fans are way lighter then a normal AC fan 3. It won't be able to spin at high speed as the blade and armature is still heavy for it
There are too much difference between BLDC fans or normal fans .. I also had many experiences
