Black and red angus are common in my state and I have ridden past them many times. I never thought of them as particularly impressive or interesting. I can see now I was very wrong

There is lots to see for those interested in animal behavior. That big bull was ambling along quite quickly but not fast enough for the yearling calf. A cow or heifer could have run past the bull with no consequences. But, the young yearling must have been corrected before or had really good instincts. He knew better than to pass the herd bull or there would have been an immediate correction. I love watching how animals interact and keep each other in check. Thanks for posting
