@@vinusolankigamer03 no bro,when a battery is new and it follows its charging cycle then all cells of battery equally charges & discharge so chances of one individual cell being defective is next to impossible in its initial stage because the battery having 99% cell balancing in its initial phase now as you said that one cell becomes defective it is possible but when battery exceeds high number of cycles and become so old at that time cell balancing is nearly equal to 5 to 10% which will then effect individual cell and make it defective or less working Hope yu understand

if it is under warranty then contact yur nearest EC

Showroom sales person told that there are multiple small battery cells in battery. During health check if any cells not working they will replace that cell. Entire battery is not needed to replace

I checked the warranty terms. They have mentioned exactly the same words like Ather i.e. battery degradation below 70%. The only difference is that OLA is not advertising it for the reasons known to the management. OLA : "batteries will be repaired/replaced for any manufacturing/design defects caused faults or if battery performance degrades* below 70% during the warranty period."

Battery health degradation ke baare me FAQ section me likha hai lekin kitna degradation wo nahi hai saath me jo bhi terms and conditions hai uske according battery change karenge karke bola hai. Battery Bangalore office se approval aane ke baad hi change hogi jiske liye 45 days tak lage hai kisi case me.

battrey health degrades during warranty period, but they not mentioned how much drop is considered which means by default the ev brand consider 30 to 40 percent drop which eventually very low thats why they had not mentioned it in front of their article and in detail if you go their as well they had not mentioned how much drop they considered to replace the battrey, it directly means they just want to attract the customer by showing them 8 yrs warranty however reality is only what mentioned in a video I hope you understand😊

Mai abhi check karke Aya hun ola terms and conditions pe wanha pe lekha hai agar battery 70 percent health se niche hai to battery free milega 8 saal ke andar

Yes it is for only extended warranty that too of 8 year and 1 lakh KM with cost about ₹5900 extra ( read term and condition properly)

In ola same fraud with their range, they say in eco mode it's gives 160km range while there top speed in eco mode is just 42which is same as 35 in other bikes , I've noticed it, while in ather eco mode top speed is 55 and they say 110 true range in any scenario, ather don't fool their customers i felt that 🙏🏻🙏🏻

ओला की खास बात 1... 80हजार km मित्र या 8 साल की वारंटी देता जो पहले आए समझे 2..ओला में 1माह में काम से काम 3000km चलता साधरण चालक एक वर्ष में 36000km चलाएगा मतलब वह 2 वर्ष 5 माह में हर हाल में 80 हजार km पूरा चला लेगा 8 साल तो बहुत दूर है और इस बीच आपके जेब से ओला की अन्य समस्या खराबी के लिए जेब में 15000+ होना चाहिए
