It is necessary to buy ola care plans for first year of new ola scooter purchase? And do i need to opt for screen and charger protection

No it's not necessary and the charger and screen have 3 years warranty but not applicable on physical damage if you have own damage insurance that will cover the damages
mere speaker side panel se aavaj aara hai , me service center leke gaya toh bolte hai ye company fitted nhi hai ye yahapar fit kiya hai itna gap aur aavaj aaega hi , bolre hai aapko pay karna padega new panel laganeke liye lekin mera panel barabar hai koi dent nhi hai me kya karu

brother in my City Ola experience center is near to my house about 3 km but the service center is in another city which is about 70 km then should I buy Ola care + or not??

Only if you want home service then you can buy it otherwise I don't recommend it
brother mai aaj hi service krwaake aya hu mujhe serviceman ne btaya k ola ka care+ wala plan usi time 20 mins tk activate ho jata h jb kbhi apki bike khraab ho jaaye to use tbhi activate krna jb jaroorat ho. aap bhi apne serviceman se ye puch lena, mera serviceman bhot acha tha is liye ye sch btaya usne, baaki sales waale to ye hi kh rhe the k abhi plan le lo....

I am confused between ola s1 pro gen 2 and ather 450x gen 4..almost same price in Bangalore..heard after sales in ola is pretty bad..bad ather has lower range..which one should i go for??

I would suggest ola s1 pro gen 2 it has much better range and design but if you want good build quality than ather is better cause it is more sturdy

Bhai mujhe extended warranty jo 2000rs ka hai aur ola care plus 3000rs ka hai... Mujhe clarification chahiye ki extended warranty ka yeh log 2k le rhe hai aur waha counsumeable include nhi hai aur ola care plus free bta rha hai consumeable im little bit confused

Extended warranty also have 2 option 1.battery only 2.comprehensive if you get battery only then you will get 5 year or 60k km warranty on battery only and if you get comprehensive it includes Battery, Motor, Charger and Head unit (display dash and headlamp). Care plus on other hand includes free consumables like Brake pads, bearings and free home visit and service charges Hopefully this will make it clear for you

Brother mera ola care + plan 30 January ko expired ho rha ho , mera ola s1 pro aaj 1 year complete ho gya hai or mene ek bi bar service nai karai hai kyuki koi problem nai aa rahi thi isliye but abhi ek saal ho gya hai to muje ola care plus plan use karna hai to mai usse see kya kya benefit le sku or mai ola s1 pro mai konsi cheez replace kara lu jo free mai Replaceable ho . Pls brother Aap reply karna muje . Thank You

@@adyashasatarupa3167 mai last week gya tha to mere paas ola care+ plan tha to break pad change kiye to free mai change karke Diya, jabki unki price 700 something thi but Mera free mai ho gya
While booking ola online, final amount also includes 1299 as the amount of two helmets. Is that mandatory to buy helmets with the bike? I already have the helmets hence it is useless for me to buy these helmets.

You can remove them it's not mandatory and also the helmets are bad doesn't fit

@@EVExperience I tried changing the state of purchase and it was removable. I think it's compulsory to purchase in Maharashtra as I was trying to purchase from Pune. It must not be forced to purchase additional helmets. If it is mandatory then additional charge must not be there, price should be included in scooter price. Otherwise it seems unfair practice to be charge additionally.

@@centurieos701 ola is really bad at providing home service but if you want home service for free then you can go for it but still I don't think it's worth it
Bhayya maine ola s1x plus purchase kiya hai aur main din mein 20 km sebhi kam distance travel karta hun kya main ola care lun?

I am using normal air and only got a puncture once a year ago. I still carry a puncture repair kit in the trunk
Customer care wale call nhi uthate BC company hai ola ko kabhi mat lena jab bhi scooter me problem aayegi tab pata lagega
Ola lena life ki sabse badi galti thi
