You are a true magician! You did a super job and your customer is extremely lucky! I have become a parts hoarder myself. I’ve certainly repaired a more than a few reels with parts I had kept in one of my four different parts cases. I have one for handles and power knobs, one for Penn reels, one for Mitchell reels, and one for misc. parts. I guess I have more parts for Mitchells than any other. Great video Dennis!

Thank you for making these videos . I'm trying to service a similar reel to the TI50 , it is a TAL80 levelwind. Everything seems to be fine except it won't free spool. Something seems lopsided or to tight. Wondered if you might have any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

You likely that the ramp installed incorrectly. Make sure it is seated properly and that the studs are set inside the valley when the arm is in the free spool slot. It may take a time or two, but it should align if you have done the other things correctly

Do you know how much drag they have? The components seem pretty robust in there. I have just repaired a gold aluminium version of this reel, thanks to your video, and am going to give it a go against kingfish or maybe sharks. Does it have more or less drag than a TLD25?
