Ah, I missed those whiplashes from Yakuza 0, the change of protagonist always occurred at a high point in the drama or in some cliffhanger that left you on the edge of your seat, and then you went back to a considerably chill start with the other character lol.

you should've included the part right before she was abt to end stream lol, she was in actual distraught. out of everyone who has played this game Okayu might be the only one to think that Majima would actually kill Makoto

Out of all holomems, Okayu is the one who plays Yakuza kiwami before 0. So she already knows Majima's craziness.

@@TheBeastInBlack The father of the series left the studio with some crucial colleagues which worked on classic Yakuza games. In fact Yakuza 0 was a 'goodbye' from these oldschool developers to oldschool fans, then due Sega manipulations everything changed and other people now handle Yakuza series but at least oldschool developers made Judgment 1 and 2 before left fully.

@@digitalpirate2183 I gotta say the storytelling before 0 was always iffy and mid, or atleast it qasnt the series strongppints. Sometimes it feels like 0 is the only one to really have a good story, along with the Kiwamis, Gaiden, and 7. 5s story was a giant mess for example, lots of people hated 6 as Kiryus sendoff game. Its strongpoints were always the characters, fights goofy moments, and emotional moments, but not always the story. I guess they just got lucky with 0 and 7

@@TheBeastInBlack 5s story was massive since it had five main characters, there is nothing to call a mess or difficult to understand but there is a pathetic yakuza 7 which is not even a yakuza game, it's just some crappy spin-off in its nature with a clown as a main character, awful brain-dead and slow gameplay and one-page plot with 'family' sentiment in the very end. I don't know why you call it 'lucky' when it was a disaster overshadowed by the fact it was released in many languages in first time what boosted sales and grabbed attention from people which never played yakuza series before and was to scared to start it since it already had 7 (0-6) main games already. 6th game was a compromise game when the conflict started between creator of yakuza series and Sega which decided to experiment with games like they did with valkyrie chronicles when made it as an action game with 50/100 rating and Sakura Wars when they decided make from a turn-based game another action game.

Kudos for grabbing an English version of the scene, that was a good idea.

I gotta ask if Okayu tried karaoke with Majima yet? I tried to tune in to this stream until when Majima finally learned Breaker style. I was extremely sleepy and just slept shortly after that (which I believe would be going to the disco and trying Breaker for the 1st time)

I'm pretty sure she didn't yet, she pretty much just did the story while doing the occasional substories she stumbled upon (the taxes one and the be my boyfriend one)
