its a toy, if they were to put a skateboard out as a toy people would be pissed. they would want skate parks and events. If they put skateboarding into the game im sure it would be a sport with a career. but with all the skateboard games that are out, I'm not sure its worth their time

@@TheOldPotato Mountain boarding would be a better alternative that way they can already use assets in game. Could put a skateboard as an alternative skin for the mountain board.

They won’t add skating. They only add sports than can be used everywhere on the map even when they’re not meant to be used on that surface. As for normal skating it would restrict that…

@@yeltesoete You can't use a snowskate on pavement. There's tons of gear/toys that don't work on all terrains.

I can’t help but laugh whenever you mention that it’s dark in the game, lmao. It really doesn’t look that bad compared to daytime clips. The Earth do be revolving around the Sun fr tho.

Possibly one the hardest board sports to actually be decent at. Doing a kickflip was a serious accomplishment for me last winter but going down small ski hills is such a blast that it makes it worth it for me. Hoping to make some modifications to my setup this season to make skate tricks easier

Dude it makes crappy terrain so fun!! Got into it because of an ankle injury. My snowboard boots were too painful. Then I got totally hooked.

I got one of these last year, and it’s so much harder than either skateboarding or snowboarding. If anything it’s like sliding a longboard.

I wish they had Ambition style snowskates.

What are we getting next? Toboggan sledding?🤣 I hope they keep it up with the creativity for these rides. Maybe the future could give us more trick options I'd hope. Idk how they'd do it but we should be able to equip the tricks we want to the ride we want. I'd like to tailwhip or bike flip on my mountain bike lol just more freedom in general would be great. I loved this recent update the most so far other than the BMX update being fire.

Snow skating is extremely difficult, I have a Hovland flatdeck which are designed for street riding. The decks with the ski on bottom are more desirable for mountain riding, very hard to do flip tricks on the double deck.

Still hoping and praying for longboarding

There is 3 different snow skates, but stats wise They’re all the same. And the game is cell shaded for their Halloween event from what I can tell there’s no way to change it until they turn it off.

Nah it's new. Now we have the black lineart on the edges and the colors are slightly more saturated. Maybe it's tied to the current event with zombie invasion. Hopefully we'll have the option to keep it after the event through the options

a gazelle flip is if you spin 360 with your body and do a 540 treflip a gazelle spin is the same without a kickflip

both! only made 2 or 3 vids on console. when the bmx update came out my game on PC got very stuttery as well man. it seems slightly better after this update but still stutters

@@TheOldPotato updating the graphics driver usually at least in my case removes all game stuttery from games that i do play.

We need dirt bikes or electric dirt bikes such as Sur-Ron’s anddd pro scooters

They killed it with the footwork animation for this thing. Hope add a actual skateboard in the game with a career

I don't see why they would, the jumbo bike and snowmobile events were available immediately. they also say they come with events when you get them and the snow skate doesn't

Technically it's a 720 gazelle flip, you'd need to be able to do a varial kickflip in the game with a 360 for a regular gazelle flip
