In hkg, you find them all over the streets corner, back streets and markets. Eating in is quite cramp, don't forget to request for ginger spring onions dip. Their specialty.

I watched Bobby Flay once told an apologetic cook for serving him food with no gloves and guess what he said, “I couldn’t care less.” So if you’re too picky looking for gloves then you should probably never eat out and stick to your boring fast food. Chefs and cooks need to touch the food to prepare it.
