I kinda like how TKO is known as an Alter-Ego in the game, where in the show he's shown to be seen to others as a power-up or buff
Why can't they add playable TKO instead of boss TKO???

it makes sense considering the game takes place sometime after TKO and before You're In Control so he isn't exactly depicted to be the type to be helpful towards the plaza during the time as he you know he destroyed a good shade of it, it would be cool though if he was playable

It’s because usally, he wears K.O’s clothes (because he’s in control) but now he’s separated from K.O making him have no clothes

Be glad Turbo KO didn't appear in Android. I don't have to wreck everyone just to reach him. Xbox is invaded, PlayStation is invaded. Now to wreck Boxman and get to TKO.
