    @@welchless I know he was visibly sweating like he was having an anxiety attack. I had sorta been listening to these & they sometimes get tedious but the good moment are really good & it's actually interesting esp after watching the if I did it how he lies so many times about things. Like for example he says in this Nicole had 4 abortions by him in the if I did it its only 1. He also says here she had 2 abortions by other guys but didn't know who in the if I did it he knew the guys names & said them. Like why lie about how many abortions she had w/ him. I don't know why he says 4 here & only 1 later. Its one of the many lies I noticed. He also lies here about Nicole & Marcus saying he didn't think they had an affair or know about it & In the if I did it he goes into detail that he knew Nicole & Marcus had an affair & how Nicole cried to him how Marcus wouldn't leave her alone & he was all Mr understanding saying " well If he won't leave u alone call ( his then fiancee later wife now dicorced) Kathryn. So weird too as Marcus got married at his house! Such a weird circle w/ oj & how involved he is w/ Nicole 's divorced life like why did he become close friends w/ fayes ex fiancee Christian. To me it seems like he was always inserting himself into her new life. Also him having Kato a guy he didn't know let's him live for free In his cottage cause he wanted him away from living at Nicole's. I remembered always thinking how odd that was . Like he was Nicole's roommate & friend & Kato was such an opportunist when Nicole took him in for very little rent which she deducted for babysitting as he was a wannabe actor than how bizarre her ex husband asks him to move to his house for free. I guess yea Kato was happy to live totally for free & on the beautiful big property plus oj was in movies so thats where Kato was at. I don't even think oj was jealous of them having an affair but he def wanted nobody around so like in 93 he probably would have went more nuts but Kato came home u here Nicole say " he's ranting to my roommate " which was obviously Kato on the 911 call. Oj probably calmed down as Kato arrived. So I'm sure oj didn't want some guy there to protect her or at least be a witness to his stalking & breaking down her door. Poor Nicole. Oj was never letting her leave him alive. Sad cause when he had her he beat her & self admits he cheated chronically. It's so odd to me why he had to have Nicole so desperately as he loved cheating on her. He had a beautiful gf in Paula who dumped him cause he kept obsessing on Nicole & Paula got sick of it. Also when Nicole really ended it for good oj sent her that threatening i.r.s. letter that he was gonna jam her up where she'd owe the i.r.s. 90k thats why she called a woman's shelter the week b4 she died asking the counselor if she should go back to her abusive ex to keep him from abusing her. How sad. The counselor of course gave the right answer like " no do not move in w/ ur ex wife beater to keep u safer from his abuse. She had an appt to see the counselor the day after she was murdered ! That whole thing right there was so eerie. Cause obviously if she went back to him she may have lived but she would have wound up leaving cause he beat her. Basically her fate was a no win sadly. I sorta blame her family a lot cause they constantly pushed her to go back to him cause of what they got out of it. Nicole did tell people they loved her but loved him more. How sick. Plus they knew about the beatings the 89 thing plus denise took years worth of Polaroids of Nicole's battered & bruised face for years. Nicole they say was thinking of moving far away. Sadly if oj was set on killing her nothing would stop him. I just think if she at least moved in w/ her family but it sounds like she didn't want to b/c of how the mom esp was always taking ojs calls complaining about her daughter. Also her family sounded like their house was full. They had denise & her child the youngest sister plus the parents. The police & d.a. all failed her. He got such a light sentence for wife beating & fleeing arrest. No wonder she said " ojs gonna kill me & get away w/ it " & he did !!!

    The tired old line of Goldman simply being at the wrong place and wrong time, and having to be silenced as a witness to Nicole’s murder is BS. Goldmans arrival at Nicole’s home sent OJ into an extra fit of jealous rage, young good looking guy, Nicole with candles lit all over the house in a short black dress, after 10:00 PM etc. I also think more needed to be covered on OJs use of substances , especially Prozac at that time.

    Omg good pick up. His breathing got heavier when petrocelli was talking about her dress. He used to complain in Kato's testimony that he would constantly talk to him about how he hated that nicole dressed too " slutty" & he said to Kato " isnt it weird that a mom of two in her 30s dresses like a teenager "

  • @nattyps3160
    @nattyps3160 Жыл бұрын

    Omg wtf was w/ that dress Nicole wore ?! He's sweating & visibly like having a panic attack! He obsessed to Kato about how short & tight the dress was & how it really irked him that Nicole was wearing it & if her & her other friends wearing those tight dresses would they still be wearing it as grandma's. In the if I did it he describes in detail that dress which she was found obviously murdererd in so it really sent him over the edge her sexuality really bothered him given he wasn't gonna " get some " anymore. He talked in that special about hoping he was gonna get some from Nicole very close to the murders. I honestly think he went by Nicole 's earlier saw her w/ a guy ( people speculate it was Marcus Allen which sent him into this blackout rage cause he does admit Marcus was sleeping w/ her & in her journals she writes about it & even I'm almost positive in a letter to oj that she was gonna f every guy he knew to get back at him for all the cheating he did on her which he admits only that much that he cheated on both wives & he so regrets it yea right) so the theory is oj got dumped by Paula & when Nicole was still sticking to finally being done w/ him esp at the recital & after she refused him to join her & her family & kids at dinner. So people think he spied Nicole w/ a guy as he stalked her all the time like when on the 911 recording hrs screaming about watching her having oral w/ a boyfriend Keith. So I heard the theory was he called that girl cause this man couldn't be alone for 5 min even when he was flying to Chicago that night & he went by nicoles spied her w/ someone went bezerk drove home got in the cap the black zip up outfit he got from a movie he was shooting called " frogmen " where he learned from a real navy seal how to do the " silent kill" where u pull a person's head back from behind & slice their throat. I'm shocked the criminal trial didn't bring this up but petrocelli did in another one of these depos so he did a way better job on research than the 23 prosecutors working on the criminal case. The best d.a. ever in l.a. county who put Manson away Vince bugliosi often said that was part of the problem w/ the prosecution " too many cooks in the kitchen " yea we saw Marcia & Darden but their were at least 3 other d.a. during the trial who did do questioning plus another 17 d.a.s working on this so it's too confusing having that many people handle a case. I can see having a few people helping to gather evidence but 23 is too much ! They missed so much they should have put in. Anyway that's the theory esp given the cops found Nicole had the bath & tons of candles going for a " mood " also Ron was showing up after oj was there so I never thought Nicole was waiting for Ron for an affair. She merely called about the glasses & Ron volunteered to bring them by. It was too spontaneous for it to be Ron as it wasn't like the mom meant to forget the glasses. So he was already going after Nicole when Ron showed up & oj of course had to kill him since he was already starting to kill Nicole judging by how she had to be subdued as oj went to take care of Ron who he says in his " hypothetical " got into a karate stance. Then he went back to nicole to finish her off. So that dress really angered him & I'm sure reminds him of the murders. This guy really was sex obsessed esp w/ Nicole

He’s very well able to put his game face on as needed. Heck, you may see everyday people do this as well if your very attune. My dad use to do this all the time. He had a tremendous temper. I remember countless times where he had yelled at me at the top of his lungs, be threatening towards me and then two minutes later step outside. During one event a neighbor saw him and asked how he was doing and he would always respond the same way. Absolutely fantastic, how are you doing? I obviously would get very angry hearing this as I knew he was phony in his response. And he’s no actor. But he does have major anger problems even to this day. He’s also a compulsive liar which is much like OJ. I think they probably had a lot in common that way. A lot people just want to believe this guy is innocent. I bet if he had killed them in front of cameras they still wouldn’t believe it to be true. O well, I don’t care if people want to deny it. He got the civil suit against him. i've actually contemplated the exact same thing & the only reason i can think of as to why OJ would bring up these incidents that (1) nobody other than he & Nicole were present for & (2) he'll clearly come off looking like a bad person, is that he probably thinks, "if i'm honest about 'Incident A, B & C' knowing that i'm going to appear as being extremely jealous, abusive (mentally & physically) & a control freak, then maybe they'll believe me when i tell them, 'i didn't kill Nicole'." it takes a warped mind to think of admitting to the smaller stuff in order to appear more believable when it comes to the bigger things, but then again, if someone is thinking clearly then they don't tend to butcher their ex-partner & a complete stranger. what are your thoughts?

    @@mprsv1 I believe that was a calculated strategy as well. "Dont call me a liar if I am brutally honest about a personal and private matter beforehand." He was trying to create a pattern of a few small or half truths so he could pick and choose what to lie about. His behavior doesn't match up, he barely mentions Nicole after she died and he is celebrating after the trial. The whole "going after the real killers" was a joke to begin with because he had one excuse after another. At the very least he was there during the murders themselves but in the best case scenario he was next to the guy doing the killing. The only thing I have trouble with is as bad as Oj's temper was and as strong of a guy he was... he was still in very bad shape from his football playing days and was arthritic and and had bad legs. Even with a knife Ron Goldman would have overpowered him if he knew how to fight. Otherwise I think OJ and another guy was helping him out or present.

    I did some research, the attorney's line of questioning was never a linear. This was purposely done to not allow OJ to formulate a logical thought process on the timeline. They purposely went from A. To D. To C and to B. for days and days and hours on end. The dress was not any more triggering than anything else what you're seeing is the buildup of stress and the breakdown of his thought process through a line of questioning that was purposely being pinballed at him. They knew he would not be able to track would get frustrated, would lie and the purpose of the questioning was to capture as many lies that could be immediately disputed by his former testimony and sworn statements. He's not getting flustered at the dress, he's getting flustered because they're making his thought process bounce around with no logical timelines in place. This was all done purposeful, and to be honest he's staying relatively cool considering how many days and hours does took place. Something else to consider, that wasn't the first time they talked about the dress, which had been discussed on other days too. The point was simply to get him to lie which they did. I wish the family had allowed has it brain to be studied. I believe they would have found the typical CTE symptoms as his brain was turning to mush literally. He had countless concussions, from college on up. There was also heavy heavy drug use which I think led to both of them becoming either former or during their current state before the murders functional cocaine addicts. There were so many horrible variables here and yes at the hands of OJ primarily.

He wanted to be brave enough to shoot himself, because he had overstepped and killed two people. He was a coward and couldn’t do away with his crappy life. Things got out of control and he went into a rage and killed them. She should have moved further away, but he could have found her and it would have not been a problem to find her. Many of his friends realized he had killed them, and steered clear of him. He was having a party when he was acquitted, and all of a sudden his friends magically disappeared. They finally came to realize their buddy had killed their wives friend.

  • @mprsv1

    @mprsv1

    Жыл бұрын

    a couple of reasons - (1) it's fair to say that the "dream team" were fed up. it's a miracle they stayed together for the duration of the 1st trial. (2) none of them are 'civil' lawyers. as for the Vegas case - (1) OJ didn't have 10% of the wealth that he had back in '94, so how would he pay them? (2) they had all moved on to much bigger & better things, or passed away. (3) they knew the Vegas case was a stone-cold loser!

    This isn’t actually true. Earlier in the depo he said that Fischman told him about what was going with Fay being in a rehab and Nicole not telling Christian but instead telling Faye’s ex husband. They also discussed him having problems with his wife Cora and OJ states that his advice to Fischman was to “get away from it, get a shrink.” He does not specifically talk about Cora cheating on him. I think he did but OJ never actually says that in this depo. In the police interview he says that Cora leaves Nicole at 1 in the morning and doesn’t come home until 5 so “something’s going on”. It’s possible Fischman knew Nicole was covering for her but did not know for sure what was going on.
