“SL” on the compressor controller is “Safety Line.” Also the Service button on the controller is used to install the controller and program into the Microthermo software. In case you haven’t looked it up yet lol

I have a feeling you’re going to running into a lot of this after equipment starts getting powered up after the storm. They are going to be under a heavy load until boxes start coming back down not to mention high current draw and possibly single phasing. The heat and humidity is brutal out here right now take care brother and hydrated.

I think you're probably right. They're still over two hundred thousand or close to 200k meters without power this morning. I think we will be dealing with power related issues for the foreseeable future

At 8:41 in the video, I noticed the far right line appears to be valved OFF. Rookie question, but why is that valve apparently in the off position?

That must be the Spare Suction Stub. There's always gonna be a spare coming out of the headers that doesn't go anywhere, and it's also valved off. In case we ever need to add to the circuit Or change something, they will come from the manufacturer with those stub spares.

The only thing they're really called is Parallel Rack Systems. But they operate the same way that Protocols do. I don't think there is any difference between them except for Protocols live indoors and have remote condensers up on the roof. Parallel Racks exist on roofs and in Motor Rooms. It just depends on different factors that determine what's installed.
