Dainja was a booster engine that propelled the come-from-behind victory against Ohio State. By the way, why did the BTN suddenly cut the highlight of Illinois scoring the last 6 points?

The refs were terrible. 30 att from the line.

Any Ohio State fan saying the refs helped Illinois clearly didn't watch the start of this game. Yes they sucked, but Ohio State got their fair share of questionable calls too. Especially in the first half.

+19 free throw attempts for Illinois. This game was definitely decided at the line and by the officials. No other way to see it.

@@wxmcpo5496 Free throws don't prove anything, but officials all season long in the big ten have benefited the losing team. The entire first half they were helping Ohio State and when they got a lead they benefited Illinois. They absolutely have sucked, but lets not act like they have favored Illinois for some reason. In fact Illinois has been robbed in 4 games this season.

​Not saying that at all. However, this was the worst free throw disparity in the B1G for over 6 years. Also Ohio State was whistled for 7 foul calls in the last 5:30 mins of the game while Illinois did not get whistled for a single foul call in that same time. That resulted in two Ohio State starters fouling out of the game. The officials definitely impacted and decided this game.

@@wxmcpo5496 There is nothing legitimate about the officials this season. I'll agree there, but my point is more the people acting like their only intent was to let Illinois win. That wasn't the case at all. Their only intent was to make a close game. I don't know if they changed the outcome or not, but I do know they ruined this game and so many before it. I'll be happy when Big ten games are done and we start the Big Tournament

Quit crying about the refs.....Ohio State couldn't stop Shannon....no one can....bigger...stronger ....faster....and if the refs were doing anything....they were trying to keep Ohio State in it....missed goal tending....calling tie ups when it was foul....one team is obviously better than the other...one is a 10 seed...one is a 2 seed....go find a safe space.

Fix your stupid officiating RIGHT NOW. STOP PLAYING FAVORITES. 27 fouls on us to 13 on them. They shot 32 free throws and we only shot 13. Horrendously uneven officiating. Illinois was allowed to bully us in the paint and we couldn't even touch them without getting a foul called.

Illinois is a basketball school. Ohio State is a football school. It’s only fair that the refs fix the basketball games for illinois to win and football for OSU. Tonight they did their jobs.

They dont even show the Ohio St big run lol. This game was so rigged because the big ten wanted Illinois vs Purdue final. Essentially sold out one of if not their biggest fan base and money makers on an NCAA run, pathetic.
