Not every illegal migrant is here with bad intentions you know. Some try to come here to escape poverty or violence that ravage their home towns. And for those that apply for citizenship, it can take years for it to be approved. I don’t like the illegal border crossings, but I don’t think someone should spend 10 years in prison for trying to flee a bad life and start a new one. If anything, I just wish the citizenship application was more efficient to where it doesn’t take 5+ years to get approved.

@@TTony0503The problem is that it costs to deport them and the more they come back and commit crimes it costs more. More cost for investigations, arrest, trial , prison and deport again. Situations like this leaves me thinking keeping him in prison would be the less expensive option. We also have to take in the most important cost and that’s the cost to his victims. That cost is both monetary and often physical.

The immigration laws that are causing this problem and have been around for a while. The House had a Bi Partisan Bill to fix some of the Border Crossings itself but not polices that will stop guys like this from getting into America in the first place. Then not prosecuting these guys for high crimes is not a Joe Biden problem it is a Border Policy problem and until you can get people in charge that can work together and want to fix this problem instead of focusing on Business Deals for themselves, it will never be solved. Don't expect Trump to fix it if he get's in. He only has 4 years and he will burn that up trying to get back at everybody that opposed him.

Disregard laws that put us in danger, so we can effectively defend ourselves and communities, while treating any opposition (including law enforcement etc.) with greater resistance. Communities coming together can do this. They can't claim anarchy as it would be a conflict of interest if they claim that, however, if the people vote (no one connected to the legal and political systems, including their families) and claim it, it can be, but they won't.
