Ohio Kayak Fishing (OKF) - Stop 3 Highlights | June 2024

On June 15th, 2024, I participated in the 3rd stop of the Ohio Kayak Fishing (OKF) trail series. With high hopes and excitement, I set out to share the water with my son and his girlfriend, who camped with me but didn't compete in the tournament.
We all launched at 5:30 AM, and I got off to a great start in my Hobie PA14 360, taking the lead by 6:30 AM. As the day progressed, I faced the challenge of slipping standings and made a bold decision to switch lakes in search of a kicker fish.

@@BillyKayaks I still don’t pay attention to anything around me buddy. Plus we’re up there so much it always seems to be packed w kayaks and boats. We definitely need to hook up soon and hit walnut. Smallies are biting good there now
