@@salsadamonkey I was going to say it was very telling that they only had the battle sprites for the trailer implemented, but then I realised they wouldn't actually have had any reason to build in the rest anyway

it was leaked in 4chan lol and No, the devs are NOT working on the game, Pastellian nuked his account on twitter, the lead Programmer said he's taking a hiatus and the rest of the team kinda exposed pastellian on the 4chan thread where this was leaked

no he didn't, he ended the series at 3 for a reason, and he in fact approved of the idea of making a fan made mother 4, just that he wouldn't make it because he didn't want to keep draining HAL and Nintendo's resources, and felt that mother 3 was the best way to conclude the series
