Sooooo, we tried to give you an HOUR long, live class on Friday, but sadly it didn't work out the way we planned! Until we try again, we are bringing you a plie series that will bring on SERIOUS BURN ...it's a relatively short series, but we promise...you will feel it!! Make sure to squeeze the smile of your seat in those plies!! ;-)
