The title is indeed "It is not evening yet". It is an old Cossack song about a 17th-century Cossack rebel leader, Stepan Razin. Diana is participant and judge in this TV show. The one filming with his phone was a guest (new guest every show). Check out her performance of Tanita Tikaram - Twist in my Sobriety, it is not up on Diana's YT yet, (show was on October 16.) it is in English, but a bit difficult to hear the words so I suggest waiting and maybe check the original, be ware of copyright on the original if you choose to react to that one.
