My sweet dad passed away in Feb just 2 days shy of turning 100. He pastored a Baptist church and also led the singing. This was one of his favorites. Mine too! We serve an awesome God and I do, indeed, want to see Him!!!!!

Raised in pentecostal holiness church and this took me back to my childhood. Wonderful time in life when the Spirit was encouraged by all it seemed. Sadly, I saw your church doing this song in 2018 and it was the complete opposite. Let Him back in!!!

We need to pray for revival. .. I grew up Church of God (7th day) and you could hear this type of singing clearly from the parking lot of that old country church. So rare nowadays.

Bobby Downs I was raised in the Church of God and later Assembly of God. We used to have this anointed singing with people shouting and praising the Lord. We need it now more than ever.

THAT'S AN IGNORANT STATEMENT- WHAT DIFFERENCE DOES IT MAKE WHETHER IT'S ON THE SCREEN OR IN A RED BOOK- IT IS STILL THE EXACT SAME SONG, SAME MUSIC, PLAYED AND SUNG THE EXACT SAME WAY, EXCEPT IT IS ON A BIG SCREEN SO EVERYBODY CAN SEE THE WORDS AND PARTICIPATE!!! AND PARTICIPATION IS THE GOAL RIGHT??? ( WORSHIP AND PRAISE IN SONG!!) I IMAGINE IT WOULD COST A LOT OF MONEY TO BUY ENOUGH HYMNALS TO PUT IN ALL THOSE CHAIRS. ( Depending on how many people it holds- I don't know. Maybe 2, 000-5,000 X cost of hymnal- Just to see them used a few times a year when you have CAMPMEETING or a big event- While the rest of time- All the "Hymn books" gather dust--(Or, Kids just tear pages out of the books, and some enjoy coloring in them.) LOL!!!!! SOUNDS LIKE U GENTLEMAN ARE WORSHIPPING THE HYMN BOOKS THEMSELVES, INSTEAD OF WHAT TRULY MATTERS-"THE WORDS IN THE HYMNAL", AND; GETTING AS MANY PEOPLE TO SING AND PARTICIPATE AS POSSIBLE. YOUR VIEWS REMIND ME OF "THESE BIBLE COLLECTORS" ON UTUBE-WHO ALREADY HAVE 10 TO 50 "PREMIUM BRAND BIBLES," -- RANGING FROM $125.00--$400.00- AND YET, THEY'VE STILL GOTTA HAVE MORE!!! HAHAHA!!! THEY EVEN HAVE BIBLES THAT COST $1,400.00. THAT'S RIDICULOUS!!! THEY WORSHIP THE BIBLE ITSELF, INSTEAD OF WORSHIPPING "THE GOD" WHO ANOINTED THESE MEN TO WRITE THE SCRIPTURES- THAT WE, GODS CHILDREN, COULD THEN READ AND MEDITATE ON THESE WORDS-- AND FIND "ETERNAL LIFE" BY BELIEVING IN JESUS CHRIST, GOD'S ONLY SON FROM OUR HEARTS, AND CONFESSING WITH OUR MOUTHS HIS LORDSHIP- AND IN BELIEVING IN HIS PERSON AND WORK ON THE CROSS OF CALVARY-( Christ's death, burial, ressurection, ascension, and 2nd coming)-- WE THEN FIND LIFE THROUGH THE NAME OF JESUS CHRIST OUR LORD. AMEN, THE END!!!! LOL!!!

James Stewart, sir, if you are basking in the anointing of the Holy Spirit, the timing of ones clap will be something noticed only by someone being unknowingly distracted by ole' Slewfoot himself. This is his "soul" purpose in life!
