Interesting anyway. Bathroom? Kitchen? Certainly a different approach to cement. Spread it where you want it dry and then water it in place. Only question with that is how do you uniformly make sure the water penetrates below to ensure all the cement is wet and cures properly? The west premixes the cement first then spreads it where we want it to go. It would be interesting doing a side by side experiment to see which method holds up better.

I'm sure people in China don't put on their clothes then have a shower, but I've seen a few of this type of video where they buy an old property, then focus on the garden rather than making the house livable and sorting out the garden after they start living in the house. Perhaps it's just strange editing?
