This looks absolutely delicious.
Shocking!I grew up knowing you were not supposed to cover okro soup when cooking cos it won't draw if u do,guess that's a myth,nice one Flo!!
@FloChinyere
2 жыл бұрын
To be honest, it's on the internet that I heard that myth for the first time. I grew up knowing that if Ogbono does not bubble well it will not draw. So in spite of the fact that it boils over easily, we covered it but kept a close eye on it so it does not boil over.

I think its because the main draw comes from the ogbono not the okra. If there was no ogbono I wonder. Great vid.

😂🤣😂 on the way to you. But jokes apart do you know that the EU / Britain border is now the most difficult border to cross? The kind of customs protocol hurdles to pass through when sending things from here to the UK and vice versa ... na wa. It's like a bitter divorce. Now I can no longer buy things from Amazon UK because no seller, not even Amazon itself is ready to ship things to this side. Na wa o.
Another finger licking goodness! This soup has my name all over it, hei it even comes with Semo 😍. Aunty I heard the sound you were talking about and loved how you addressed it immediately.

@@FloChinyere please could you confirm if i am wrong that i observed you didnt add salt while you boiled the meat???
@FloChinyere
2 жыл бұрын
@@anneogunnuga6148 your observation is correct because anything you don't see in my videos, it means that thing did not happen. I don't add salt when cooking meat. If you watch a few of my videos you will notice it's my default cooking style. We don't eat a lot of salt so usually the salt in the seasoning cubes (the no. 1 ingredient in seasoning cubes is salt) and the salt in say stockfish (when present in the meal) is enough for me and my family. For other people, they may need to add additional salt. No right or wrong there. Just a matter of tastebuds and health needs.
