Ofra's best Chocolate Cake with smooth topping

In this video Ofra shows you how to quickly make the best chocolate cake you've ever tasted. Children absolutely love it and adults too. The special thing about this chocolate cake is that it's made with hot-chocolate powder which is very tasty and makes the whole process very quick.
Cake Ingredients:

4 X Eggs
1 X Cup of Sugar (240ml)
1 X Cup of Vegetable Oil (240ml)
Soured Cream (200ml)
1 X Cup of Hot Chocolate Powder (240ml)
1 X Cup of Sieved Flour (240ml)
Put 1 cup of white sugar (or brown sugar or a combination of the two) into a mixing bowl. Break 4 eggs in a separate bowl (making sure there is no blood or other nastiness) then add the 4 eggs to the sugar. Whisk thoroughly then add the cup of vegetable oil and whisk again. Add 200ml of soured cream, whisk a little bit, add the flour and whisk well till everything all mixed up nicely.
Grease 2 disposable trays and pour the mixture into each one of the trays. Use a spatula and shake each try to the mixture settles evenly. Put the trays into an oven that has been preheated to 170 degrees and let it bake for approximately 40 minutes, after about 35 minutes poke the cake with a match and if it comes out dry then the cake is ready.
Topping Ingredients:

½ X Cup of Double Cream (120ml)
Dark Chocolate (120gr)
Heat up 120ml of double cream in a pot making sure it doesn't boil. Just before it starts boiling add 120gr of black chocolate and whisk well till everything melts together.
When the cake is ready, spread the topping on it and leave for at least 30 minutes to cool down before serving.
