Good guards aye
I surprised an officer during my service in the Australian Defence Forces, (as a SNCO), when I told him, he gets inspected by every person he inspects, on parade. He was astounded to think that, he was under scrutiny himself, not only by his SNCO's, but by every one of his subordinates as well.
He's a relatively young officer and he seems intent on cracking them up at their own expense.
Wonderful captured ❤

@@pathopewell1814 Same here. My Father was a Guardsman during WWII and beyond. He was always meticulous about the shoes we wore. He used to come to the shops to ensure we had the correct shoes and we had routine for cleaning them. I have kept his shoe cleaning brushes and smile when I look at them. Lovely memories.

Watching the two horses putting their heads side by side and shaking them, I called almost imagine conversation between them. Another bunch of moronic tourists today. How about you Arnie. Well I managed to bite a couple who really annoyed me, the boss wouldn't let me kick them though......maybe tomorrow!!!! Ha
So awesome! There may be some young kids watching that who may one day join up!

Why do they wait so long before doing anything? Ah, they must be waiting for the clock to chime. Like all bosses, they have to find something wrong. How come he didn't notice the end guard wasn't quite in line? or is that how he should have been.?

@@pedropete1833 there are laws in the country about who deals with what. Our police don't carry guns but are trained in policing crowd control with communication to backup which the Army is not. They are there to guard the King and the Palace. If the Army take arms it is a declaration of war. They can overpower the person if there is a threat to the King but there is a thing called protocol. As a country, we are not in a State of Emergency to have to call on the Military to guard our streets.

@@icpeople59 Sorry Judith I disagree, the Kings Guards are there and payed to do one thing and that's guard the King, terrorism IS an act of war, Police like you said are trained in crowd control etc ( which is I think a miss use ) Their real job is to catch criminals but that's another story. I'm English and I don't agree with any of our police carry guns. Fighting terrorist is a job for our military, simple as that

Wouldnt it be kool if they all went; screw the traditions.. and started guarding the area same way as the coppers. . Just hanging around, poking people who gets too close. All in their shiny uniforms
The only comical thing about this is calling these people guards..
Wonder why they have tostamp their feet so. It's funny
this is cruel to the horses making them stand around and those bits in their mouths are uncomfortable ...its not fair on the horses and it is all a sham
whoever dressed them up in those ridiculous outfits mustve been going for comic relief cuz they look comical. not scary at all. are they trying to make the enemy laugh themselves to death? also its very obv the horse on the right is in pain.
