But there are some subordinates they will not show or contribute in internal meeting but while meeting with management they try to do like i can do better than everyone. They even didn't give any straight update to his reporting officers and so the reporting officers will be under pressure at the absence of such employees. I dont think always the manager or team leaders are guilty. There are subordinates who plays drama to overtake his reporting manager.
