U should purchase it for official purpose, If u are a home user u can get it from torrents

it means your email adress belongs to different product, kindly uninstall this product and try to install a microsft product which associated with your email id

I have erase the 3 keys, but when going to the reactivation sequence it is not recognizing my email, the product came with the computer when it was purchase and the product came to it 30 day end trail, any other suggestion to reactivate?

Hi alberto.... There are lot of microsoft offices like premium, ultimate, home... business......... etc..... First u find for which microsoft product your email belongs..... and jus install those product and activate with your email... And eventually if same thing happens, your license must got expired and renew that first.

When I activated the product it was with the email that I am using, this is office 365 home edition with access, publisher, one note, ecxel, word, power point, outlook, not sure if this info is relevant, this software came with the purchase of the computer on a 30 day trail. Hope you can help BEST REGARDS

If u have purchased licensce u can use it. if u wanna crack(unlicensed activation) download software called Kms activator and run it, It will activate the office

@@vishnuJoey i donwnload and install office 2019.Now i copy the text code and run in cmd for do want the pop up box shoung wizerd the activation failed while starting the word or excel file.when txt code i run into cmd...it show that this file is not supported.....as you done in vedio
