I love the neon green shoelaces on these. Like how jay has them on, it makes the shoe pop with color the contrast of the green and red is beautiful

Not a fan of the deconstructed look or the quotation marks all over the place but it's so dope you got a shoe you wanted this early and got to meet the designer.

This shoe looks the nuts. Even with green and orange lacing, this idea is off the chain on this shoe. Showstopper.

for me it’s the whole reconstruction and different materials used compared to original Jordan 1s. I don’t consider this to be a sneaker that’s meant for functional use, it’s more of a fashion/aesthetic artifact that an art museum could keep to exhibit.

Congratulations on a dope pickup. Personally, I understand that this is more of an art piece than something I'd wear. I can appreciate the art of the sneaker and Abloh's vision, but I don't see them as wearable IMO. Does that make sense? At first glance - during the leaks, I thought (and still think) they're ugly AF as a wardrobe piece. But as a piece of art, that's a different story.
