Yup. Me too, and I'm a grandma over 60. One day over 7 years ago, one of his music videos popped up in my feed and it started playing and I started paying attention to it due to his dreadlocs and how they looked. I couldn't stop staring because this young rapper was rapping so smooth and with so much ease. So I started following him a little bit every now and then. And that's when I discovered OMB Peezy and Never Broke Again; all Drill Rapper which I never ever knew nothing about. So I started paying attention to some of these little Drill Rappers. And out of all of them, I liked Foolio, OMB Peezy and NBA the most, due to their Talent and their Movie-making videos. (Yeah, their videos is like watching a movie, especially OMB Peezy). So that's how it all started for me. I never watched them all the time though; just every now and then to see how their life was still going. However, I KNEW that Foolio was going to get put on due to his Fearlessness and his Talent to just flow very well with his rapping-style. But I also knew that he was living a very dangerous life through his lyrics. Smh. I had just looked for him online 2 weeks ago and checked out one of his latest videos and smiled to myself that he had finally MADE IT !! and he also had gotten his locs done better, only to now hear that he has been Murdered. That has hurt me deeply, because I was wishing greatness for him in all ways. Same for OMB Peezy and NBA; hoping that all of these young men would just grab the Money, Save it, Build with it and switch over to a much better lifestyle. Smh. Rest in true knowledge, love and peace Foolio. You certainly have touched my life very well. I admired you from the first time I ever heard you rapp. I KNEW YOU WERE A STAR ALREADY. Your big bright eyes and natural talent I will ALWAYS remember. Safe travels wherever you are, Foolio. You made it, god. You made it !!

Yeah that's why so many positive, authentic rappers are so popular. Gangsta and drill rappers get the most attention by far, and it certainly isn't because of authenticity. Even the ones like J Cole and Kendrick who aren't gangsta rappers make sure to include street ish in their raps to appeal to the masses.

What is crazy if your a content creator and use a simple word they strike your channel, but they allowed these guys to make the most disrespectful videos in History on their platform!!

I don't understand how people get more upset about Foolio's lyrics and videos, than the deaths he may or may not have had something to do with. It's not too disrespectful just bc the other side didn't think of it or say it first. If he went harder so be it. Just one up him next time. In real life and wars, anyone and everything can become collateral damage in seconds. Babies, churches, old people... none of that is off limits to a bomb falling out of the sky. The military is paying each side to knock off the other, and neither wants to lose. That's how I see dissing in raps, specifically with Ace and Foolio. They already went too far in real life a long time ago, so nothing should be off limits on a track. The sad part is if one actually takes out the other, alot of people won't be eating the same on one side, and the other won't let it end there. Entertaining and dangerous, welcome to the Gunshine state. ***For the record as far as the music I think both are hella talented and I'd hate for either of them to lose their lives and waste talent whether they're dead or incarcerated. However, I prefer Foolio's music bc he is so grittier and pushes the limits. One thing for sure though, I don't listen to either one of them in my truck when I'm in Duval or Orange County. 😭😭😭
