Love the video, but 3 very important things: (1) Please keep your off-hand active while you dribble to swat hands. You're taller, so defenders will play with their hands a lot. Also please use the between the leg cross more to protect the ball since you're so tall. A slow-to-fast Tim Hardaway combo would also be a nice move for you (2) I see you're practicing efficient go-to scoring moves, but you need to practice one or two counters for each scoring move. (3) Please speed up that AI crossover that you did top of the key! I love it but speed it up please. Also if possible, I'm sure you'd benefit from adding skips in between dribbles, as long as you keep that off-hand active Please like so he can see and/or forward this to him some how!

Imo the best thing big guys can do to get better at free throws is to shoot with one hand. Big guys are great at hook shots, and a free throw and a hook shot are very similar, same stroke. If you can stroke in one shot, you can stroke in another. But yeah. use one hand.

I wish KP would add 15-20 pounds of lower body strength to lower his center of gravity and to be able to post up NBA players. That high post game will completely transform KP's offense. He can turn into a 25-30 pts 50/80/40 guy if that happens. it's just they need to be careful not to add too much weight which could cause chronic ankle/knee issues... always a concern for a guy who is over 7ft tall...
