Hello lovely friends! Enjoy with us in this episode some off-roading in Morocco. We are finally overlanding southwest to be totally off-grid and discover some amazing nature that Morocco has to offer. We are doing what they called "Piste" and we are driving close to the Algerian border to get some fun. We thought we would do the track alone, but we met nice people with their 4x4 Expedition trucks to join us on this journey and this is awesome!

Well done. 👍 Do you use the expedition forums to find great routes or perhaps a combination of forums, fellow explorers, and locals? Did you give the mother and child a ride?
Do you worry about fueling up in a foreign country? their fuel could be impure or less refined and that would play havoc with the engines

How do you guys generate your passive income? Or how that work that you guys are able to do that and not be poor and in the street?
sehr interressantes Video aber das Strohkamel was ständig vor der Windschutzscheibe hin und her flattert nervt gewaltig, wirklich schade um die schöne Szenerie.
We used to reckon on having 30 seconds at any stop, anywhere including most of the desert in Morocco before you were accosted by kids or locals. 20 years ago we never saw these truck campers in the desert. In my humble opinion, going on basically self indulgent, trivial trips in huge, very expensive and technical truck campers, apart from being overkill for the job, they insult the dignity of the locals in poorer locations. They demonstrate the crass, thoughtless, overindulged, entitled western tourist insensitivity and by association, westerners in general. I have been to Africa 5 times in smaller 4x4's, you don't need such big heavy vehicles as these. Big heavy vehicles are more likely to get stuck in soft sand, soft surfaces with a camber or deep or slippery mud. Then you may need a fleet of other vehicles to extract them. That is if you actually do take your behemoth off firm roads or tracks and do proper overloading instead of 'overlanding' on tarmac roads and hard tracks. In difficult conditions, lighter is always better.
