As I am sure you know, "The Massive Shaft" of the front suspension is just the damper "up side down", where the thin part is whit in the damper :) Plus, as you say, is that its sturdier, but of course also more friction.

BTW, to get max out of that insane suspension, it should prob have a lighter wheel/tyre combo (but that would hurt the awsome look.) :)

when lifting trucks and putting big tires on and dealing with clearance a lot of the time you gotta do some trimming and clearancing. something that comes up a lot is offset rims to push the tires further away from the frame allowing for more space when turning.

those falken wildpeaks are fucking amazing in the snow and on the road. idk how they rally but they look/ride great on a lifted element

I love the BRZ the only thing I can tell that is missing is a custom built front End grill proctector and 9000Lb winch. How bad ass mad max would that make it look!

Same problem on any Subaru when you lift it you need to get forester trailing arm brackets to correct the geometry with the rear tire

So rad! Coolest BRZ I've ever seen! Guess I better buy some merch!

Awesome video like usual but one thing to note. Please change the stock PCV valve for one from a 2015+ WRX. The stock BRZ ones can't hold pressure and will let boost into the crankcase. A WRX valve is 30 bucks brand new and is designed for boost.

Love the shirts and the car! And yes even jeep people here in southwest Georgia dont hardly ever take there's offroad.

I used to install car stereo and I've seen everything Sticky tape used for insulation tape. Wires twitched together. Paperclips. A friend of mine was having issues and when I pulled the head unit he had twisted the wires and covered them in BlueTak

Really been considering doing this with my Supercharged BRZ. I drive a lot or gravel roads so being able to rip those harder would be fun.

My Crosstrek with the same suspension on setup rides a lot better with a my full sized spare and tools in the back than when it's empty Might help with your landings and traction in the rear!

This thing needs limit straps, beefed up bump stops, and some skip plates to be a full sender

..."having this massive shaft..." that was the inuendo of the episode.

I don't know if you looked at sh**tcar at hoonigan, but you can get pretty awsome rallysuspenspension for e36's as well!

Doing the same thing to my STI. Got the Flatout GR lite's, sub frame spacers, adjustable lower control arms, toe arms, eccentric lockouts, camber bolts, the whole 9 yards. Now I'm trying to decide on wheels and tires. What are the dimensions of those wheels and tires. I love the stance on that thing so trying to emulate it. I'm looking at 16x7+15 5x4.5 method mr502 v2's and 235/65r16 falken wildpeak a/t3w's.

these parts fit the FRS right? Cause i need help finding all dammn this parts

those shocks look like they have no damping at all. that's why it just bounces when it lands instead of absorbing.
