The Van Dam Nordia Shipyard in Holland built outstanding go anywhere cruising yachts. This Nordia 55 was built by them in 1995. She was the first of the the 55s and was specified to her original owners wishes, including a cherry interior designed by British designers Field Work. She has circumnavigated the globe and after being stored ashore for a few years, she had a massive refit at the Berthon Boat Company - paint, systems and new forward accommodation area. In this ownership, she was further upgraded - including new wrap and AV in 2021, and of course, she's a Nordia…

This woman's voice is like the cool side of the pillow.
She's really a beauty! The woodwork is fantastic and so is her colour. I don't think I've ever seen a boat that shade of green before. She looks like she's reflecting the water -- but as it should be, not always as it is. 🌊
What a boat, she’s gorgeous! No corners were cut, beautiful yacht.
🤔 In my opinion, no one represents a Yacht better than Sue Grant, not even close. Sue is the consummate proffessional, who exudes integrity. While painting an aluminum yacht above the water line is unnecessary that beautiful emerald green makes Truant of Sark look absolutely stunning. It occurred to me that the new owners could start a KZread Channel and name it “Sailing Emerald Aluminum” as a tribute to Jules and Suzie’s channel “Sailing Emerald Steel”, which I dearly love ❤️. That couple built and have sailed their gaff rigged boat for the past 30 years all around the globe 🌏 (certainly > 100K nm). PS Thank you iPhone 📲🤣
After the upteenth time of saying she's beautiful ,I caught myself and tried to stop.Then you showed the engine room😊. Absolute beautiful yacht ❤️.
Stunning hull color and yacht. I can see myself in this one cruising the Caribbean or Pacific.

Many sailors consider green to be unlucky. But I think I’d chance it for this beauty.
Incredible ship, I say ship not boat because of Her quality! If I had 620,000 Euros I would fulfill my life's dream! This brokerage is amazing! Boats of all kind and shapes.

Its not a boat, its a feeling!
Bravo! You are one of the very few who know to present a boat and let the viewer focus on what you present. The rest of prezenters just stay in the frames, rumbling around and showing very little of what they try to sell or worst is the use women in very sexy provocative clothing and viewers miss the boat. You are my favorite. I love you for your work. You are very professional. Love you!.

You did not address the white covering, cockpit starboard side box looking affair; apparently it is mounted thru the bulkhead much like a small apartment window air conditioner. Is this the case??? Surely not.
