We live on our off grid farm full time. We have zero help - it's just us and the herd!
We make money as homesteaders by breeding and selling alpacas. And harvesting their fiber and making art! We have no neighbors. No running water, no well, no electricity. We rely on solar and rainwater and our own work ethic to survive. Living off grid is the hardest thing we've ever done. It offers us complete freedom but only through the burden of self reliance and skill development.
