Once I was sitting in my balcony and first heard a very sweet/ melodious sound of a bird then I saw it flying from here to there, making that sound- and it amazed me to core - "Wow! this bird - does she she know that her being around and creating those sound is making me happy/ bringing a smile on my face? Not sure- if she knows this or not....but her "Being" itself is joy for someone( me)- that thought/ realization settled something within me🙏🏻 Hope you too know/ realise that our "Being" alive itself is enough🙏🏻 we are giving too much of importance to "thought"/ "idea" etc. Being alive itself and involving ourselves fully in whatever we are doing itself is enough; like that birdie - she was "just there" being alive/ doing her stuff joyfully🙏🏻🙏🏻

I didn't understand it so well the first 25 minutes, about. I didn't understand how the answers where answering the questions, I thought it was complicated. However when I made a break, after 2 days I watched the rest and it was good. Yea 2 great minds coming together colliding makes for a deep convo.

George Hammond, I was also a follower of Maharishi Mahesh Yogi and spent some time in the Ashram in Iowa. He was a great man, a loss to the world and I have nothing bad to say about TM. I am an initiate of TM. Now I am also an initiate of Inner Engineering. If you have not taken the Inner Engineering course and the Shambhavi Mahamudra, I would sincerely recommend this to you. All the best to you and your organization.
