    Unfortunately for me my interlocutor was like an interrogator which was so serious, arms close and looking down at you did not help so I had a 340 score in speaking. It made me so nervous and losing my confidence speaking and doubting if I was speaking the right thing.

    Yes, always introduce yourself to the patient. Regardless you know them or not
