Mam I just want to ask one doubt about this role play. You told the patient that “you should relax “.but as per my trainer she told me ...during the role play “should “ no longer used bcoz it shows some compulsory action. Is it possible to use “I suggest you to keep your mind relaxed “ Instead of “should “.

She said " if that's what at the back of your mind then , I must say that you should relax". It's not about using or not using "should" but the context. You should know how to use it and how not to. 😇 In this context what and how she said "you should relax" is absolutely perfect. Also, just don't look at one phrase or sentence and say not to use it. Pay more attention. Learn how it's being used. 😇 Thank you for the comment by the way 🖤 appreciate it!!!
