You can invoice in odoo using Accounting - Customers - Invoices and also
through Sales - Quotations. The difference is if you use accounting menu
the stock/inventory will not get effected to that effect, while if you use sales,
quotation module, as you have to validate delivery in that menu, the inventory
or stock will get reduced by the quantity you invoice.
So if you use Accounting menu, you have to manually reduce the stock.
Note: If you use customised module, you can manage reducing invoice
even through Accounting menu. So here we assume that we are using
the default odoo setup and modules.
