Thank you for posting this lecture. I have one that was removed in 2012 and has come back and is larger and more spread out up into my face headed towards me eye socket. I am researching options for treatment.

I had one removed in 2019 and they used 5FU to clean the cyst site after 16 months of marsupialization and enucleation. So far they'd had a 100% success rate with no recurrences....but mine has just come back after 4 years of clean xrays. Mine was also the largest that the dentistry program I go to has ever had though, it took 16 months to depressurize it.
