Music comes from heaven... They dancing like a Angels.

They have given such a beautiful performance in such a hot and humid atmosphere. Look at the amount of sweat on both of them. It must have been very difficult for them to focus and perform.

I cannot be tired watching this epitome of perfection.

no actually they edited some parts out...the actual dance is very long...in this video we only see 7 minutes... plus the hot weather accompanies it obviously....

Please don't compare Odissi Classical dance with Rajasthani folk dance. It's like comparing taste of salt and sugar.

Odissi is performed solo, in duet and also in groups... Fusion of Classical singing, Classical Music and poetry, and classical dance movements, soft and poetic movements, soft and soothing music... complete package... Cannot be compared to anything out there.

dont compare that stupid ghoomar and other rajasthani dances with odissi odissi is from odisha and it is oldest surviving indian classical dance form odissi was born in vedic era it has class also bharatanatyam, kuchipudi, manipuri, sattriya, kathakali, mohininatyam and kathak

@@ar2279 No dance is stupid or less worthy of appreciation than any other. Ghoomar has its own history (a rather long one, I must say, although not documented) and beauty. You may not find something worthy of 'your' liking but making conclusive statements about its stupidity (or lack of stupidity) is inadvisable. I say this as a lover of Odissi.
