I belong from Balasore ( district where the accident took place ) There is a great fuss with the number. The no. of dead bodies is around 1800. 3 hospitals , 2 schools and lots of barren lands were filled with dead bodies . It's horrible to imagine and the government is playing with numbers.

Actually they are hiding the death count actually many people have more than 600 hundred and injured more than 1200. Total 17 train compartment were destroyed and mostly sleep and general were there and in general there more than 300 passengers in one compartment. The people there helped a lot. It was very severe accident.

Imagine there are most sleeper and general compartment and there is not a single place to stand there so think when 2 of these compartment will roll down then what will happen. There are trucks carrying the dead body

Coromandel express was going from Shalimar to Chennai. There are two helping stations of Howrah. Satragachi and Shalimaar. Satragachi is in south while shalimaar is in the north of howrah. My uncle was going to Bhuvaneshwar that day but his ticket was in waiting list. He boarded the next train.

Are you out of mind ? This will create chaos among passengers. People start fighting and powerful people forcefully sit on others seat and claim it's their seat. Btw general compartments are there where seats are unreserved. But sleepers and ac compartments must be there where seats are already reserved, suppose a family is planning to visit on a long journey with heavy luggage, bt somehow they will reach the train few minutes later than other people, what will they do, they will suffer and nothing. So reservation policy is must . General compartments are there.

I belong from Balasore ( district where the accident took place ) There is a great fuss with the number. The no. of dead bodies is around 1800. 3 hospitals , 2 schools and lots of barren lands were filled with dead bodies . It's horrible to imagine and the government is playing with numbers.

Actually they are hiding the death count actually many people have more than 600 hundred and injured more than 1200. Total 17 train compartment were destroyed and mostly sleep and general were there and in general there more than 300 passengers in one compartment. The people there helped a lot. It was very severe accident.

Imagine there are most sleeper and general compartment and there is not a single place to stand there so think when 2 of these compartment will roll down then what will happen. There are trucks carrying the dead body

Coromandel express was going from Shalimar to Chennai. There are two helping stations of Howrah. Satragachi and Shalimaar. Satragachi is in south while shalimaar is in the north of howrah. My uncle was going to Bhuvaneshwar that day but his ticket was in waiting list. He boarded the next train.

Are you out of mind ? This will create chaos among passengers. People start fighting and powerful people forcefully sit on others seat and claim it's their seat. Btw general compartments are there where seats are unreserved. But sleepers and ac compartments must be there where seats are already reserved, suppose a family is planning to visit on a long journey with heavy luggage, bt somehow they will reach the train few minutes later than other people, what will they do, they will suffer and nothing. So reservation policy is must . General compartments are there.
