That's because non-Hindus aren't allowed in Jagannath temple due to its dark history of facing brutal attacks by the invaders. It should be common sense why it is not included or should not be included. Hindu temples are not tourist spots. Our Deities are not for sale.

Those masks and things which the people were carrying are all made of hand made paper. That's the tribal art of eastern India. The tribal dance is called ' Chhou'. Orissa has waterfalls, excellent sea beaches and Bhubaneswar is a beautiful city. Lovely state. I am from West Bengal and we Bangalis love visiting Odisha frequently.
