    What I want to know is, if I don't know anything about my indichie, can I solely depend on my chi?, can I also, fetch small water, on kendle(fire), put some stone(earth) and alligator pepper as my alter to represent my indichie?

    You can pray to your Chi and Ndi Ichie with one Kolanut. But on important occasion it's not advisable to do so. And yes, you can keep the two at the same place if you desire.

    I don't. But Igbo Christian chiefs do. Because of their Christian background. No true Onye Nze in Odinani removes his cap while praying.

    Mgbe Onye jiri teta oburu ya ututu. This means it's left for one to determine his own morning. Thus, it's your responsibility to determine when is your right time. However, if you ask me my personal opinion, I will say immediately you wake up. It should be the first thing you do.

    You can pray to your Ndi-Ichie or Chi first, the order does not really matter. What matters is the daily prayers to them. It's like thinking who should you greet first between your mother and father in the morning. Greet both, the order is irrelevant.

    @@Hakunawins2 I said that the powers of your Chi, Ndi Ichie and the Gods of your land are not infinite. But infinite powers can be sought in elementals like Water, Earth, Fire and Air. I gave an example, that Christianity as packaged in the New testament, when studied carefully you will observe that it's a religion built on water element.
