​@ko7975 that's embracing struggle with structure. Embracing struggle without structure causes the struggle to be prolonged longer than it needs to be. If structure or steps are intimidating then I would say that is part of step one, where you are failing yourself. What your doing is trying to do all the steps at once as "embracing struggle". Being intimidated or lazy with steps (process) will lead to very few successes.
