I love this story and episode because Douglas was a stowaway who managed to escape the cutters’ torch. Then when he finds Oliver he has the chance to save another steam engine from being scrapped like how Donald saved him, and takes that chance without any hesitation.
“If A hadnae escaped, a’d been cut up tae” Genuine chills.
