Plastic primer coating first will allow paint to stick on it. But epoxy high temperature paint cans do the job on plastic quite well.

@@RectalRooter As far as I see it sometimes a maintenance work needs preparation and dedicated time. If you are being distracted, disturbed 24/7 it can become a issue to finish the job. Just sharing a personal experience. Best thing in this case is do put the phone on mute or just get rid of the distraction. With clean up planning never works for me, best way to do it is to start somewhere and that's it. Maybe Ants has a way how he plans things in advance that I don't know of? However he seems to have a good idea what he is doing.

You can use chlorine in the water tank just add when you fill. It's used in food industry and in a lot country to clean drinking water.
