Yeah I'm pretty new to looking at minis, but these look better to me than the CMON minis that I've seen... But maybe I'm wrong. I'm impressed.

@@lystic9392 CMON minis are mostly mediocre, especially Zombicide minis.

As usual a very nice unboxing video. I love your miniature break downs! Those demon transformations are fire!

The theme isn't something I'm super crazy about but gosh! Dragori knocks it out of the park with Tanares! Best balance of RPG/Puzzle and tactical gameplay on par with Oathsworn. It's a no brainer, they even did the thing I wanted to see done with the card upgrade sleeve. 🙌

I'm guessing this is a desert setting. It's very monoyellow. I hope there's going to be more variation with the tiles

Same, but mostly the customer service I got surrounding Tanares was absolute garbage. Sleeves don't fit? Oh well they don't fit for anyone, so we don't give any replacement at all. I also requested replacement cards for damaged one and they sent the wrong ones twice.

I restrained myself from backing most games these days. Even didnt back Nemesis eben though I am huge fan of alien and alien 2. But Odalin I probably just gonna back because I want to paint those minis. I love the theme, even though I could imagine that tiles being "desert-theme-heavy" could get a bit boring.

Hah! I was just looking for new information on this game like an hour ago. Also, "I want to punch a heart out." is a pretty metal line.

I'm glad you mentioned Limbo Eternal War, I have a feeling this might be another mythic games of stormsunder, I back this game solely based on your opinion in the first place.

When you first opened it I thought they were trolling you. My initial thoughts is that Chronicles of Drunagor and Middara had a baby named Odalin. The dice from Middara and the cube system from CoD.

Looks really good. Tanaras is an exceptionally well done game. I bought way too much. So for this I might just be in for the base game.

I don't like the dual card system. I'm pretty sure the first thing that will break are the hollowed cards.

Don't worry about that. On each sleeve you will place one card with the window and a card that has no window. Because they are in the same plastic sleeve, the card without the hole gives structure to the one with the role. You never shuffle or manipulate the hollowed cards alone. We tested that a lot and none of the cards showed any damage.

Aagghh... The campaign starts days AFTER the Agemonia reprint! And I was hoping to compare and contrast before deciding to sell my last remaining kidney for one! Fomo sucks!!

I'm on the fence on that game. Dragori Games makes some amazing games, but their customer service is abysmal.

This is Diablo. I’m in. These games that don’t receive the license, do it much better then licensed games. I’m looking at you nemesis and primal.

IMO, Monster Hunter World by SFG is better than Primal.

Arena and Tanares were pretty good, but the writing was terrible. If they improve that, I'm on board for this, but I have more than enough campaign games and will only back games that really do something special going forward.

We changed a lot in the writing for Odalin, especially because the lore and the immersion will have a much bigger impact on its gameplay. We are keeping the choices and consequences that were in Tanares, but with a new writing style and with a deeper story.

Here’s another big box of fomo. I just can’t back these types of games. Too much stuff, too many minis that I’ll never have time to paint, too expensive. Nah! 👎 sticking with one shot games . Play once when I feel like it, no level up characters, no campaign just pack it up move on to the next game.

I don't like an elephant or a tiger hero...doesn't make any sense in my opinion. And doesn't match with a dark fantasy...

There will be enough heroes for you to avoid needing to play them or any similar ones. Don't worry. They were some of the most praised by others, so its a hard call. We are trying to bring a good selection that will make everyone happy. Keep a look, as I am sure you will be hooked by what we have in store for everyone. There are some of my favorites that are still to come that will scream dark fantasy to you, I promise!
