I’ve been thinking about how Allison doesn’t come across as an influencer to me. She’s more like a gifted videographer who shares her passion and eye for it with us. I know she could have way more sponsorships than she does. I get excited when she does because I know how much work she does to create these beautiful videos! 😊

How fun is this!! I know you didn’t ask for suggestions but I feel like if you did like a sourdough pumpkin pecan cinnamon roll that would be so delish!! (I know how much you love sourdough so just came to mind!!)

Love your content, you're so good at what you do. Regarding the crust, perhaps you kneaded it too much, I've learned from several other bakers that kneading the dough too much can make it tough 🤷🏻‍♀ I don't know, but worth looking in to. One suggestion that a professional baker told me was to use use powdered sugar to roll out the crust instead of flour. It will prevent introducing extra flour into the dough and making it tough.
