I just noticed that Toga learns from her mistakes. In this scene when she ambushed Uraraka, she tried to stab her in the right shoulder and pin her, but Uraraka reacted and stopped her from doing so. In the war arc episode, she used her tools as a distraction to catch Uraraka off-guard and get behind her, this time successfully managing to stab her in the same shoulder she tried to previously. It’s such a subtle detail that I didn’t catch it until re-watching this scene.

1:40 I still don't understand why Miss Stabby Pants had this look on her face when Ochako yelled at her and has every right reason to be very angry at toga for everything she's done to everyone especially to Izuku throughout the series including how this is after she went out on a rampage killing heroes especially Ochako's childhood hero Eel Boy after Jinny Boy's death and she became a massive hypocrite questioning heroes with their morals distracting Ochako from saving lives from the chaos and destruction toga and the league of losers has done by killing a innocent old lady just to ask Stupid questions and justify herself as a serial killer even lying to Ochako about the fight toga had against curious. maybe this is a bit of self-awareness since toga hates herself which is why she loves becoming others and the reason why she always happy all the time hiding her true emotions the way how she was treated for being herself. Ochako's anger and frustration towards toga here was rightfully and understandable justified where she succeeded as a true hero here with her message about *actions having consequences* and her speech against the crowd but unfortunately in the manga the writers ruined Ochako's character and development even her message and speech since she wanted to save toga for no logical realistic reason at all not even considering all the innocent lives and Heroes toga has impersonated and killed being a psychopathic serial killer and look what happened to Ochako in the Manga. Also if you really think about it toga doesn't deserve to be saved and redeemed when she had plenty of chances to get help but she made her choice to become a serial killer psychopath. This keeps proving why toga needed to die for the sake of others.
